Navy Sticks San Francisco — About Time
By: Marshall Manson on December 3, 2006 - 1:43 pm

On Friday, the Navy scrapped plans to commission a new ambitious assault ship, the U.S.S. Makin Island, in San Francisco. Michelle Malkin has an excellent post detailing the city’s systematic assault, as it were, on the U.S. military. It’s nice to see the military stand up and say, “Fine. We’re not going to put up with this. You can’t have it both ways.”
