		<description>Marshall, we have still have a traditional butcher shop in our exhurban Minneapolis town. I think a lot of Minnesota towns do. Most take great pride in their smoked meats, fresh sausage, and great steaks. We definitely prefer to buy local food for many reasons. These meat markets make that possible.

If you're ever in the Midwest, stop at a meat market and ask for a "beer stick". It has no beer in it, but goes great with one.</description>
