Prevent the wrinkles formation by limiting the time you spend in the sun and always wearing protective clothing and hats. Use the suitable sunscreen when outdoors, even in winter. Give attention on your diet. Eat a healthy diet with plenty fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of water at least 8-10 glasses/day. This simple step will make a significant effect for your skin condition.
