Have you realized about how to get rid of pimples? Pimples are formed due to clogging of skin pores these are usually seen on face and back.  Pimples are often caused by Propione bacterium acnes, a common bacterium on the skin that feeds on sebum.  All types of acne, blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and cysts, develop when pores in our skin become clogged.  Pimples are small skin swellings that sometimes contain pus.

One of the best ways to treat pimples is simply to regularly wash your face with warm water and a very mild soap, reducing the amount of oil on the skin that can build up and cause blockage. Washing the face too often or using harsh chemical cleansers may irritate the skin and promote the acne formation.

Do not squeeze or pick at the pimples. When you play around with pimples, you can cause even more inflammation by poking at them or opening them up.  More important, though, picking at pimples can leave tiny, permanent scars on your face. Picking at pimples can leave red spots on your face.

When your skin is tan, pimples may seem better because the redness is harder to see. Although a tan can temporarily make acne look less severe, it won’t help it go away permanently — and some people find that the oils their skin produces after being in the sun make their pimples worse. It is true that sun exposure will dry out your existing pimples, but it will not prevent new ones from forming.

Greasy or oily creams and foundations block the pores and may cause pimples. So make sure you apply only noncomedogenic skin care products on your face. You can try cream for pimples which contain benzoyl peroxide that has been proven to kill propione bacterium acnes. If the pimples are still a problem, a dermatologist can prescribe stronger medications and discuss other options with you. Now, I am expecting that you can see more clearly about how to get rid of pimples.
