Aging is the accumulation of changes in an organism or object over time. We can see aging process especially on skin as the outer part of our body. Wrinkles are the most common sign of aging process on skin. Almost all of us do not want to look older. So we always try to take care about the skin especially skin face to look younger.

Here are simple tips to prevent wrinkle formation on your skin. First, protect your skin from sunlight. It is the most important thing to do to prevent wrinkle, because sun exposure is the main cause of aging sign development. Avoid the sun and always apply sunscreen/sunblock on skin if you have to do some outdoor activities.

Eat a healthy diet and drink enough water. In order to prevent wrinkles you should eat more fruits, vegetables, fish, and soy. This food helps the skin look younger and more radiant, and protects against some effects of photoaging. Drinking plenty of water will keep the skin hydrated and smooth.

Get an adequate sleep. You’ll produce more HGH (human growth hormone), which helps skin remain thick, more “elastic,” and less likely to wrinkle if you spend enough time to sleep everyday. If you don’t get enough sleep the body will produce more cortisol, a hormone that breaks down skin cells.

Do not smoke. Some of the research is still controversial, but more and more studies are confirming that cigarette smoke ages skin. Smoking causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin. It also damages collagen and elastin, fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. It will make your skin begins to sag and wrinkle prematurely.
